Then I came to work, I had to call 50 people – minus (I don't like doing this). Then I sat at the computer for 4 hours, my eyes started to hurt, my back ached and everything else – we put a minus sign. Then I went with my colleagues, drank chemical coffee, seemed to cheer up, but somehow it was unpleasant inside - another minus. Then I called the girl in the evening, made an appointment – great, plus.
That's how we put the pros and cons – the influx of energy, the outflow of energy. And we fix it for at least a month. The minimum. This assignment has two goals. Goal number one: in about a month, you can take and analyze what is an influx of energy for you, what is an outflow of energy for you. And so everything that is an outflow of energy needs to be reduced and removed, and everything that is an influx of energy needs to be added and strengthened. You should at least look at what kind of direction it is and develop it in your life.
And secondly, this constant fixation of the pros and cons will lead to the fact that you will become much more attentive to the issue of energy and this internal resource. But this mindfulness will only begin to appear if you do this exercise for at least a month.
